The following Professors of the College of Social Sciences, National Chengchi University were among members of the delegation: Dean Chuang Yih-Chyi, Associate Dean Lee Yeau-Tarn, Prof. Zhao Zhu-Cheng. Mr. Lu Yun-Pin, Director of the Department of Education of the Representative office in Moscow for the Moscow-Taipei Coordination Commission on Economic and Cultural Cooperation, accompanied the delegation.

Prospective possibilities of academic cooperation were discussed during the meeting: joint research conferences and publications, students and faculty exchange.
