Thibaut Louis Mark Fourier was born 20th of February, 1970. Graduated from the National Institute of the Eastern languages and civilization (specialty Russian language) and the Institute of Political Sciences.
1997-2000 worked at the Central apparatus of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of France, Continental Europe department;
2000-2001worked as the Second Secretary of the Embassy of France in Baku (Azerbaijan);
2001-2004 worked as the First Secretary of the Embassy of France in Baku (Azerbaijan);
2004-2007 worked as the First Secretary of the Embassy of France in Moscow (Russian Federation);
2007-2010 worked at the Central apparatus of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of France, HR department;
In 2009 was appointed to the body of foreign Affairs advisers for the Eastern countries;
2010-2013 Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan);
Since August of 2013 till now works as the Consul General of France in St-Petersburg (Russian Federation).
