Students of Faculty of Culture of SPbUHSS passed an internship programme "English and Welsh languages and culture of the UK." under direction of the docent of English Language department Olga Kostinikova in June, 2015.

They studied English and Cymraeg and besides passed language and communicative skills assessment, studied together with British students.

The programme included a tour of the Northern, Western and Southern Welles and an acquaintance with this region.

Students have visited the National park of Snowdonia, the resort town of Tenby, the monastic island Cold, they have seen castles and manors of the Windsors, the Talbotts and other famous British dynasties.

The students met Gwenda Thomas, Welles Parliament member, during their trip to the capital of Welles, Cardiff city.

Trip to London has finished the programme.

All the participants have got the certificates of the course passing.
